Jeff has worked in the cleaning & hygiene industry for almost 12 years, having joined Deb as Divisional Manager in 1993. He was appointed Managing Director in April 1998. Prior to joining Deb, Jeff?s experience was working for, then servicing, the distribution trade. |

Stephen Harrison
Vice Chairman
Stephen is the Managing Director of Saul D Harrison & Sons plc a manufacturer and distributor of nonwoven and textile wipes. He has been in the business since 1983 when he became the fourth generation of the family to work in the business since 1891.
Stephen lives in London and is married with three sons. |

David Garcia
Treasurer
Born in 1944, in North West London and after junior education passed the 11+ examination and attended Orange Hill County Grammar School where he majored in Arsenal Football Club.
David came into the industry in the early 80’s when he joined a major importer/distributor of refuse sacks and carrier bags. Having spent 8 years with them, latterly as Managing Director he left to set up Polaris Plastics some 20 years ago. |

Dominic Barnes
Council Member
Dominic is the Managing Director of Advance Products Ltd. Started in 1929 by Dominic’s Grandfather; Advance is a leading supplier of quality hygiene and janitorial products and a manufacturer of textile wiping cloths.
Married with a 9 year old son. Dominic spends his free time sailing. |

Shaun Chatterton
Council Member
Shaun has served on the CHSA Council for over 10 years and is the Managing Director of CPD Plc, one of the country's largest independent distributors of cleaning and hygiene products. CPD is a multi award winning company with ISO 9002, 14001 and Investors in People accreditations. |

James Clark
Council Member
James Clark has been Managing Director of PHS Direct since July 2003 and has overseen the business growth and consolidation into its new site in Dordon Staffordshire. He joined from Argos Direct where he worked in a numbers of senior roles in Customer Service and Operations. His earlier career was spent with the AA and C+J Clark. He has a young family and lives in the Midlands. |

Gary Fage
Council Member
Gary G Fage has been Managing Director of Pioneer Products Ltd the trading name of Janitorial Express, since 1991 when he founded the company.
Gary originally began in the cleaning industry as a self-employed window cleaner at the age of 21. The business soon moved into contract cleaning where Gary developed a wide knowledge of cleaning tasks and procedures all gained by a combination of hands on experience and numerous training courses. He became a specialist in the cleaning and maintenance of hard floors and was used by a number of flooring contractors as their main trouble-shooter in the London Area for a number of years.
Gary’s company Janitorial Express joined the Jangro Group in 1999 and after eighteen months Gary was asked to join its board and has been a director ever since. Gary has severed for a number of years on the Group Development Committee, where he helps formulate group strategies.
An active member of the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners and a Freeman of the City of London, Gary has been a member of the BICSc for over 20 years.
Gary has a reputation in the industry for fair play, integrity and an aptitude for problem solving. Gary is known as great listener and has the ability to spot and overcome obstacles that prevent customers receiving the services and service levels they demand. While he believes it is his responsibility to bring innovation to his customers, he is convinced that the success of any business hinges on understanding that customers are individuals and ensuring their unique requirements are delivered without exception is the key to success. |

Ian Lloyd

Ian joined what was S C Johnson Professional in 1998 having spent the previous 10 years with 3M & SCA Hygiene. Having had various sales roles with SC Johnson and then JohnsonDiversey, Ian is now the National Distributor Sales Director responsible for sales & marketing through the distribution channel. Married with two young children, family life takes up most of Ian?s spare time although Rugby (now only watching!), Basketball and Arsenal are still passions!! |

Paul Wonnacott

Paul Wonnacott is the founder and current Managing Director/CEO of Vectair Systems Ltd and Vectair Systems Inc. Established in 1988, Vectair is a wholly UK owned manufacturer of "away from home" commercial washroom products. The company now sells in over 70 countries worldwide from its 28,000 square feet European headquarters facility in Basingstoke, Hampshire and through its’ full service, 25,000 square foot office and warehousing operation in Memphis, Tennessee.
Paul joined the Cleaning Industry in 1980 when heading up the Warner Howard Ltd, then the worlds largest warm air hand drier distributors, before becoming Director of Sales & Marketing of Warner Howard Group plc. After the successful flotation of Warner Howard he then created the Vectair business, Nova Dryers UK, Vectair Environmental, Atmospheric Control Systems and Avmor plc. Paul is married with three grown up children and lives in Surrey. Football, golf and the sea take up his leisure time |

Mark Woodhead

Mark Woodhead, Sales Director of Selden Research is a past Chairman of CHSA. Mark has 25 years experience in the cleaning industry and represents the CHSA on the BCC (British Cleaning Council) as the BCC Deputy Chairman. He also represents the interests of BCC and its member associations on the board of BCCE Ltd, the company responsible for the biennial Cleaning Show.
Founded in 1969 and based in Buxton Derbyshire, Mark runs Selden Research along with his brothers David and Peter. The family business was the first professional cleaning chemical manufacturer to gain the ultimate environmental manufacturing standard IPPC which builds upon the foundations of ISO14001. Today Selden produces 40,000 tonnes of product annually, employing 130 staff.
Married with 2 teenage daughters, Mark fights his advancing years away on the lacrosse field; a glutton for punishment - in 2004, he ran the London Marathon raising money for the NSPCC. |
