To inform members and help them develop strong relationships the CHSA runs a core programme of events.
Run by our members for our members, we represent more than 200 manufacturers and distributors of away from home cleaning and hygiene products in the UK. We drive up standards, provide a powerful collective voice for our members and keep them informed and connected.
Our events programme is at the heart of our activities. Through it we keep our members informed, giving them the insights they need on the key issues; we help them develop strong commercial relationships; and promote our Accreditation Schemes, which are fundamental in driving up standards in the industry.
2016 GOLF DAY RAISES £6,500
Held in the early autumn, the Golf Day provides a great way for members to get to know each other while enjoying a relaxing time away from the office, the excitement of a Stableford Pro-Am Tournament and the personal challenge of a tough course.
In 2016 we returned to Oulton Hall, Leeds, Yorkshire and welcomed former Premier League and England footballer Ian Wright. He was attracted by our charity credentials; this year we raised £6,500, a bigger total than ever before.
Dan Walker hosted the evening – the same Dan Walker who presents Football Focus, BBC Breakfast has a daily show on Radio 5 Live called Afternoon Edition.
Held annually in the spring, the Gala Ball is incredibly popular amongst members, providing a way for our members to celebrate the achievements of the Association in the company of their partners and colleagues.
Central to the CHSA’s mission is our determination to keep members informed on important and relevant issues. We do this through a growing programme of events.
The CHSA represents more than 200 manufacturers and distributors of away from home cleaning and hygiene products, from global multinationals and national networks to privately owned independent businesses.
